Chamba Kitchen is where I express my creativity in food. I’m not a fan of rules, steps, and planning… so I like freestyle cooking and baking. Usually whatever I see in my fridge I stare at them for a minute and with a little bit of imagination I decide what to transform them into. Hoping they taste good or at least be edible. 🙂
I’m not a chef nor a baker, and I’m not familiar with most dishes and recipes that already exist in the world. If I accidentally cook or bake something similar to something that already exist… Its a chamba food in my Chamba Kitchen.
