- Rice noodles
- Chopped garlic
- Spring onions chopped
- Chicken breast or shrimp
- Bean sprouts
- tofu – fried then sliced
- Salt & pepper
- tbsp. of peanut butter mix in half cup water
- 4 tbsp. fish sauce
- tamarind mix (sinigang mix)
- Ground/crushed Peanuts
- Chilli flakes (optional)
soak rice noodles in water for 20mins.
Mix fish sauce, tamarind mix, sugar in half cup water. Set aside
Fry chicken breast. Remove from pan. Use the same oil to saute garlic and spring onions. put them at the side of the pan and cook the egg. keep on mixing till its cook and you see the small pieces. Put back the chicken and mix them all together. Add peanut butter and salt and pepper. Mix well. Then add noodles and bean sprouts. Add fish sauce mix. Wait till its absorbed. Finally top it with your fried tofu, crushed peanuts and a bit of spring onions.

Here’s a nice tasty simple breakfast…
– Small pita arabic bread
– Tomato or Arrabiata sauce
– 1 egg
– fresh basil leaves
– sliced green olives
– grated cheddar cheese
– salt and pepper
– chili flakes (optional if you like some heat)
Put tomato sauce on bread, cheese, basil leaves, olives, egg on top, salt and pepper.
Bake in 180 deg. for about 15-20mins till egg is cooked to your liking.
Spaghetti with mushrooms and olives meat sauce
6 tbsp. olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 can Tomato Sauce
Saute garlic and onion. Add minced pork, wait till pork is no loner pink. Add mushrooms, wait till its cooked. Add tomato sauce. Then add olives, salt, pepper, chilli flakes. Let is simmer.
Cook pasta while sauce is simmering.
Pour sauce on pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Remove mushroom stalk/stipe to have a hallow space to put filling.
fill it with butter, cream cheese, pesto and chili flakes.
Bake for approx. 15-20mins.

– 1/2 kilo pork cubes
– 1 tomato
– 1 onion
– sitaw (slice to 3in. long)
– knorr sinigang mix (normal or spicy)
Cut tomato and onion into quarters. put to boil with the pork cube. once the pork is tender add the sinigang mix and put to boil. add salt and pepper (optional). Add sitaw and simmer for 5mins.
