Egg Pita Bread Breakfast

Here’s a nice tasty simple breakfast…

Ingredients:
– Small pita arabic bread
– Tomato or Arrabiata sauce
– 1 egg
– fresh basil leaves
– sliced green olives
– grated cheddar cheese
– salt and pepper
– chili flakes (optional if you like some heat)

Put tomato sauce on bread, cheese, basil leaves, olives, egg on top, salt and pepper.
Bake in 180 deg. for about 15-20mins till egg is cooked to your liking.
