PORK BELLYcious with mashed potato and buttered vegetables

– sliced pork bellies
– salt & pepper
– teaspoon fish sauce
– potato (boil & mash it)
– legumes (sitaw) – chop 3in. approx.
– mushrooms
– garlic
– butter

Pork belly:
marinate pork slices in fish sauce, salt and pepper then fry till its brown & crispy

Mashed potato:
Boil potato and mash potato. Add butter, salt & pepper.

Saute garlic in butter. Add a bit of salt and pepper.
